Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You may do so by sending an email to info@valhallaofnorway.no or by calling us at +47 92 02 63 01.

The right of withdrawal applies only if the watch is returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, without any damage. Any protective films, tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact and included. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to a reduction in value.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item and will be issued using the same payment method as was used for the purchase.
